I loved that you gave us the opportunity to connect with our bodies and to take time to "hear" them. As a coach, I was trained to do that, but I hadn't been using that lately and I had forgotten how important it is if we want to become aware of our feelings and our patterns.

This workshop was healing for me, as it made me notice how and where my emotions showed up in my body. We tend to not pay attention to that, but it's soothing to find what these emotions are and where we hold them in our body. Then, with the right breathwork and with visualization exercises, Jeanne guided us to understand more of what the inner sensations were telling us. Do I need to be a meditator?

No. You do not have to have ever meditated to learn this process. In this workshop, we will do a guided meditation where I guide you into being aware of your inner body. You can do it with your eyes open or closed. The most important thing is that you just listen and follow what I guide you to pay attention to. You'll do great!πŸ’—
